Robert was a machinery tech in the US Coast Guard and has a degree from
Cape Fear Community College. He stated out as an HVAC installer in
Wilmington, NC, and worked his way up to service tech. He has an H3

Shannon has 9 years experience in the residential heating
and cooling business. He is trained in comfort consulting, installation,
service and is NATE certified.

Shannon is originally from Ohio and has lived in this

Certification. He is a former instructor at Central Piedmont Community
