The energy savings and comfort alone is enough for most people to buy the EnergyMiser™ brand, but for those looking for another reason we offer two. The first is quality of construction; this Gas Pack in the EnergyMiser™ family has a tubular stainless steel heat exchanger. This is the heart of the furnace and the part that separates the harmful flue gases from the air that is in your house. The stainless steel prevents the heat exchanger from rusting out like we see in so many of our competitor's furnaces, which are made of aluminized steel. Stainless doesn’t rust out and crack like the aluminized steel does.

Each EnergyMiser™ air conditioner comes with the ComfortMiser™ compressor, so dependable we gave it a ten year compressor warranty.
Reason two is warranty. Because each EnergyMiser™ product is constructed with the best material and parts, we offer the best warranty available anywhere. Each product is backed with a one year no excuse warranty. If any product ever fails in the first year of operation, we will repair it free of charge parts and labor. If the stainless steel heat exchanger or the ComfortMiser™ compressor fails in the first ten years, we will replace these at no charge, labor included. After the first ten years each stainless steel heat exchanger has an original homeowner lifetime warranty. When we say this is the last heating and cooling system you will ever buy we mean it!
